REGISTRATION CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR OUR STAYS IN QUEBEC AND CANADA
For stays and workshops in Quebec and Canada, the total amount + taxes is required to confirm your reservation.
If you need to cancel or postpone your participation in AirReconnect, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
If you need to cancel or postpone your participation in an AirReconnect stay or workshop for any reason :
- 60 days or more before the start of the STAY: No deferral fee, $50+tx refund fee.
- 60 days-30 days: No deferral fee, $150+tx refund fee.
- 30 days-14 days: $150+tx deferral fee, 50% refund.
- From 14 days to 7 days: No postponement possible, 25% refund.
- Within 7 days: No deferral or refund.
- **This policy applies to all stays and events, regardless of the amount paid for the reservation.
- 60 days or more before the day of the WORKSHOP: No deferral fee, $5+tx refund fee
- 60 days to 30 days: No deferral fee, $15+tx refund fee
- From 30 days-14 days: No deferral fee, 75% refund of the workshop fee.
- From 14 days to 7 days: $15+tx deferral fee, 50% refund.
- Within 7 days: No postponement or refund.
- **This policy applies to all workshops, regardless of the amount paid for the reservation.
If AirReconnect has to postpone a stay or workshop beyond its control, your stay or workshop will automatically be rescheduled for a later stay or workshop in Quebec or in Canada of your choice, at no charge.* If you prefer to cancel your participation, you will be reimbursed up to 24 hours before the start of the stay, minus an administration fee of $150 per registration for stays in Quebec and Canada, or $15 per registration for workshops in Quebec and Canada.
*A balance to be paid may be requested if the amount of the stay or workshop chosen is higher than that initially paid.
REGISTRATION CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL RETREATS
For international retreats, a deposit is required to reserve your place up to 30 days before the start of the international retreat, then the full amount (balance of your invoice) + taxes is required to confirm your reservation.
- If you need to cancel your registration for an INTERNATIONAL RETREAT:
- From 180 to 60 days: Fee of $75+tx for a refund. You will be reimbursed 85% of the total amount.
- From 60 days to 30 days: Fee of $150+tx for a refund. You will be refunded 50% of the total amount.
- From 30 days to 14 days: Fee of $275+tx for a refund. You will be refunded 25% of the total amount.
- Less than 14 days: No refund.
- **This policy applies to all international retreats, regardless of the amount paid for the reservation.
- The amount of your international retreat is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable to a subsequent international retreat. AIR RECONNECT reserves the right to cancel any activity or retreat. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of the registration fee. If the international retreat is postponed to a later date, registrants will be contacted to determine whether or not they wish to maintain their registration.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND INSURANCE
When traveling internationally, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas or any other travel documents required for your trip. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your departure date. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenses incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of immigration and other government authorities will be your sole responsibility.
In addition, travel insurance is required to participate in the trip. In the applicable case, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that surfing is an activity covered by your insurer. We strongly recommend that you extend your insurance coverage to include cancellation and any other expenses that may arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or other travel inconvenience that may occur during your trip.
PHOTOGRAPHY
By participating in one of our retreats or workshops, you agree that photos and videos may be taken. These photos and videos may be used in any of our services, unless you request not to use the material in which your image is depicted. Otherwise, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use these photos and/or videos for the promotion of our services.
SERVICES
Les services Air Reconnect inc. assumes no responsibility or full refund in the event of a change in activity date, content, location or trainer. The company reserves the right to reschedule and cancel any activity, retreat or workshop if necessary. In the event of rescheduling, registrants will be contacted to determine whether or not they wish to maintain their registration.
In the event that AirReconnect postpones any of these activities and the participant is unable to attend, he or she will be reimbursed in accordance with the registration conditions and cancellation policy.
CASES OF FORCE MAJEURE
Air Reconnect inc. is not responsible for non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure, defined as any unforeseeable, irresistible event resulting from circumstances beyond the control of the Parties, making it impossible to carry out the retreat.
In the event of a case of force majeure, retirement will be suspended until disappearance, extinction or cessation of the case of force majeure. The stay will then be postponed to a later date at no extra cost within 90 days. Participants will then be automatically enrolled in the rescheduled retreat.
In the event that the participant decides to cancel his/her participation on the rescheduled date, the participant will be reimbursed according to the registration conditions and cancellation policies indicated above. The participant agrees to pay AirReconnexion for any costs incurred as a result of cancellation.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All prices, unless otherwise indicated, are in Canadian dollars. The price of the trip does not include other costs such as domestic or international airfare, travel to the destination, visa fees and/or travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you wait for travel confirmation before booking air tickets or making non-refundable travel arrangements. Please read the trip description carefully to find out what is included in the price. We are not responsible for additional fees charged by third parties such as customs.
PRICE CHANGE
AirReconnect reserves the right to modify the prices of the services offered from one retreat to the next in order to align with market fluctuations.
PAYMENT PROCESSOR AND THIRD PARTY
We use payment processors to process credit card transactions. Payment processing will be subject to the payment processor’s terms, conditions and privacy policies in addition to the Terms of Use. By using a payment processor, we do not record your debit or credit card details. We do not control and are not responsible for the security or performance of the payment processor. You specifically understand and agree that we will not be responsible for any payment transactions that occur during your use of our services. You specifically understand and acknowledge that all payment transactions are handled by the payment processor. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any problems regarding payment transactions between you and the payment processor. You are responsible for all transactions processed through our services and/or the payment processor. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from erroneous or invalid transactions processed with the payment processor. This includes transactions that were not processed due to a network communication error or for any other reason. If you make a transaction, it is your responsibility to verify that the transaction has been processed correctly. We reserve the right to correct or request the payment processor to correct any errors, even if payment has already been requested or received.
HEALTH
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are in good health to participate in our programs. You must inform us of any medical condition, pregnancy, disability or any other mental or physical condition that may affect your health. You must inform us at the time of booking or afterwards, if your health or physical condition has changed between the time of booking and the departure of the trip. We are not obliged to provide special facilities unless we have agreed to do so in writing in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate a special request, including dietary, but this request is not part of the terms of use and, therefore, we are not responsible for failing to provide this request. Medical facilities vary from country to country and we make no representations or warranties as to the standard of such treatment. Furthermore, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your trip and to ensure that you have all necessary vaccination documents. You should consult your doctor regarding the health requirements of your destination.
ALLERGIES & INTOLERANCES
All health issues including allergies MUST be disclosed at the time of booking.
Our retreat is not suitable for children under the age of 18 years (unless a teenager and traveling with their parents) or for people with physical disabilities that cannot take care or responsibility for themselves as we do not have the resources or expertise. There are areas of the retreat that people with reduced mobility may not be able to access.
Your Health and Wellbeing
Many health benefits are associated with regular exercise, healthy diet and therapy treatments. However a small number of people should not participate in certain activities (i.e: yoga or breathwork techniques) and should seek medical advice. In case of any doubt please consult a doctor before commencing physical activity/starting or receiving a treatment.
Allergy Warning
We cannot guarantee that the meals are free from ingredients that may affect those with food allergies or intolerances. We recognise the seriousness of food allergies & intolerances, but cannot assume any liability for adverse reactions to the meals served during our events. Menu items may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, nuts and milk. Ask our team for more information, if you have any allergy, we will do our best to accommodate you the best we can.
